Buffalo Chicken Dip

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Olive Oil

Red Bell Pepper, cut into 1/4-inch dice

Cup

Stonewall Kitchen Buffalo Wing Sauce

Ounces

Cream Cheese

Cup

Sour Cream

Chicken, cooked, shredded

Scallion or Green Onion, finely chopped

Cup

Fresh Spinach, chopped

1/2

Cup

Cheddar Cheese, grated

Heat the oil in a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat. Add the red bell pepper and sauté until tender.

Add the Buffalo Wing Sauce, cream cheese and sour cream. Stir until the cream cheese is melted.

Add the chicken, scallions, spinach and cheddar cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
