Glazed Sausage Bites

Sweet Italian Sausage

Olive Oil

Tbsp

Dijon Mustard

Cup

Balsamic Vinegar

Brown Sugar

Salt, to taste

Black Pepper, to taste

Fill a large skillet, half way up with water. Bring to a simmer. Add the sausage and poach for about 6 minutes, until firm.

Drain the sausage and slice into bite size pieces. In the skillet, heat the oil. When hot, add the sausage pieces and cook, until browned. Drain off any excess fat. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer. Cook until the liquid is reduced to a thick syrupy consistency. Serve immediately.
